Newbie question iPhone to Incredible

I apologize if this has already been asked but I am switching over from my iPhone to the Incredible. I was hoping to transfer all my music and ringtones from the iPhone to the Verizon Incredible. Any suggestions?
I know I can backup my iTunes music to a CD then I assume copy over to SD card. Or is there an easier way? Of course my ringtones are pretty important also.
I'm used to using iTunes for buying music and putting on phone, what is the best way to do this on this phone?

Grab doubletwist, it looks and functions alot like itunes and works pretty much the same way. You can transfer all your non copy protected itunes music quickly and easily. Then grab album art grabber, and let it find all the cover art for your music. Problem solved. Next!

Does album art grabber somehow allow you to manually apply your own album art, like to the ones that it can't retrieve? Is it possible to do this without this program?
