Root Newbie questions about ROMs

I recently upgraded to the dinc2 from a rooted LG Ally. There were only a couple of custom ROMs for the Ally, and there are lots more for the dinc2. I'm pretty confused by the different choices...

What ROMs are considered "final releases" meaning that everything works? It seems as though many are still unfinished and things like the camera flash doesn't work etc.

If someone could just quickly give a list of the ROMs that are "final" and everything works it would be very helpful.

The GB ROMs should all be complete. ICS and JB are works in progress.
