Newbie says hello

I joined here to learn more about my Motorola Truimph cell phone. I have had it less than 2 months and it wil no longer charge. When you try to turn it on you get a icon that looks like a grey battery with a red lighting bolt through it. Alos, hope to learn a lot more. Thanks

Hello and welcome to Android Forums. You might try pulling the battery out and then reinserting it. Perhaps it is not seated well. Here is a link to the Triumph area here at AF. I'm sure they will have some other ideas for you to try.

Hello, welcome onboard. This seem to be one of two problems. The battery is defected and need to be replaced, or you need to leave the phone charging for awhile to get some power into it. Usually, that symbol means that the battery is fully drained. Ps. You could contact Motorola and tell them about the problem you have with the battery. They will send you a replacement battery, as long as you're still within the manufacturer warranty.
