Howdy y'all!! Not new to smart phones, but I just swapped for a new Intercept. I use a Pixi WebOS phone as my regular everyday phone, and I LOVE this OS so right now anyway I don't plan on activating the Intercept. What I would like to do for now is to use it as a PDA and maybe a web browser. Questions abound. The phone has Wi Fi? Can I use that to connect without having to activate the phone? Followup question, can I access the app catalog without activation? BTW it's a Sprint phone. I swapped an older LG Chocolate Touch for this one and thought I got a pretty good deal as this one is pretty much brand new, and I'd used the Touch as my phone for a time and simply could not stand that POS lol!! Just my opinion of the phone of course. Also BTW I don't know yet if the Intercept has the 2.2 OS. Is that an issue? Thanks!! Don't know yet if I want to flip the phone or use it. If it turns out I really like this thing I might just flash it to my carrier, Cricket right now and flip my Pixi, but we'll see about that after I can give it a trial run.
