Newbie with newbie questions

Hi everyone,
I am new to the site, somewhat new to rooting, flashing, etc..

I just recently rooted my Droid Bionic to 4.0.4 Ice Cream Sandwich, and its running great.


From here I can't figure out what to add or install.. I want to get the most out of this device.

I'm wanting to remove the bloatware that's pre-installed.

Good question! If you go to the Droid Bionic section, there is likely a list of good apps for root users. Personally, I like ad free (gets rid of ads). I would use titanium backup to FREEZE bloat, rather than getting rid of it. This way if there's a further software update, you can unfreeze and then take the OTA update. There's just SO MUCH!
