Hey you all Droid fans. I'm a newbie to this forum and would like to learn as much as I can about the android OS. How I came about this forum is that I've been Googling on how to fix my bf brick phone. He was trying to root his motorola droid and he installed the wrong file (2.1) not the 2.2 and he did this when the phone was not completely charged, this resulted in a dead battery and an out of service phone. I myself have the droid incredible but I want to fix his phone just to prove that I can do this type of stuff
hehe.
First thing I learned from this site is that I need a charged battery so I'm going to get his battery charged. Then I'll proceed in reinstalling the correct files.
Wish me luck! I figure if he ends up buying a new phone I can have his motorola droid so I can mess around with.
