Hi Folks,

just joined the forum cause i have a problem with my brand new HTC Wildfire.

I sync it with my old blackberry and transfered all contacts and messages, since i have done this my wildfire has sent out all the messages I had in my sms in box to the people that sent me the message.

Have i set the wildfire up wrongly or is there a glitch.

Please help !!

What app did you use to transfer your messages from the BB to the Wildfire?

Hi

I just used the set up procedure on the wildfire done through bluetooth

I have done a hard reset and it seems to have done the trick but just hopeing it doesnt happen again as it cost me a fortune the last time

If you moved the text messages over using Bluetooth I'm guessing that your SMS client on the Wildfire would definitely treat them as new messages. Personally I've not used bluetooth much outside of my growing collection of headsets...
