Hi everyone,

Joined the forum today. Love the Android phones especially the HTC family.
Recently upgraded my phone to the HTC Sensation.

One problem I'm having is whilst I've registered to download and watch movies using the watch movie software that came with the handset, it doesn't seem to recognise my username and password. I select the forgot password option to send to my registered email address but as yet have not received notification of password reset.

Any ideas what the issue maybe?

I am not familiar with the entertainment apps that are included on HTC phones. Perhaps you'll get a better response to your question in HTC Sensation 4G - Android Forums where other users with the same handset can figure out your issues. Good luck and glad to have you on board.
