Okay. Hi. I'm an older computer user and as such, am technically challenged where new stuff is involved. Heck, I have only uploaded pictures ONE TIME in a year. So, I am hopeful that this group will help me become proficient in the use of my phone.
What's a "tag"?
what's a "Trackback"?

Welcome to Android Forums!

"tag" is too general of a term. It could refer to anything, but it is usually a hidden marker, qualifier or characteristic of an html page. It could also be that thing in the collar of your shirt that tells you how to wash it.

Trackbacks are also a pretty general term, but they all work pretty much the same way.
