Hello everyone:
I purchased my first Android Tablet. It has an app called iReader installed. How do you download ebooks onto the iReader.

Thank you very much.

Ron

Hi Ron. Welcome to Android Forums!

the iReader app most likely will read ePub documents and possibly .pdfs. You'll have to find a legitimate source for those, if that's the route you want to take. You could also install the Barnes & Noble Nook Reader app and the Amazon Kindle app and purchase your content though them.

I can't give the specifics for your tablet, but you might find this helpful -

MobileReader Devices How-To - Gutenberg

If those hints work, you may be able to use your iReader to browse Project Gutenberg directly.

If you download an ebook (lots of free ones out there) to your SD card (usually under a folder called downloads on your SD if using the stock web browser), then you may be able to simply browser to that area from iReader and just read happily.

Make sure to get ebooks in formats that iReader understands.
