Hi tweetysgirl. Welcome to these forums. First thing you will want to do is place your question in the correct area. We have an area for each Android device. The users of each device will hang out in their area. They love talking about their devices and exchange tips and tricks.. and lend help when help is needed. The users are friendly and knowledgeable. I think once you get the hang of it.. you will simply love the support and the camaraderie.

choice and then give your device a click from the list provided. You will then be
in the area where you will find the best information about your device.

Once in your device's area you can read the different treads by the users. If you don't find the answers you are looking for you can simply start a new thread just like this introduction message. You will want to state your problem or concern in the header so others will know what's up and can assist you.
