Hi,
I've had this HTC Desire for several months and have finally got around to finding out why when I connect to my PC, HTS Sense fails to reconise my device?
I am a bit of a technophobe, hense the delay in finding a solution that doesn't involve spending hours on the phone.

Can anyone please help me?

I did say I was a usless at all this! All you need to know is that I'm in trouble and need some help...
