Hello! I'm Mona. I'm here because I need help with my phone.....HELP!!! I have the MyTouch 3G Slide. It's been giving me heck since last week. I've taken the phone back twice. This is 3rd phone. It drops calls, and when it does the screen is a faded gray color. It shuts downs my text as I'm typing them. The signal bar area has an X on it when it does. The screen locks on up me. I can't dial out. Not receiving my texts. The screen doesn't respond to my touch. I lose my contacts.
