Y! Music from Yahoo has every CBS radio station in the US. Among them are WCBS-AM and WINS-AM, the all-news stations in New York. I'm sure it has similar stations from other parts of the country.

If you're a Sirius/XM subscriber, the Android app brings some of that service's stations, including news and talk, to your phone (for a fee).
