I have installed the BBC News widget and Newspapers Lite widget. They are great but need an active mobile or wifi connection to be able to view them. You cant view the news even if you update the newspapers and then switch off mobile and wifi connections.
Anyone know of some apps that actually cache the full news items (not just the headers) for use later? I would like to update my HTC Hero before I leave for work so that i can read it later.
