Help Nexus 10 freezes on 'Google' on reboot.

I have a strange rebooting issue. I just upgraded my paranoid android with an android 4.3 upgrade, and now it freezes on the 'Google' screen on reboot. The only way to get it going again is to wipe the whole thing and reflash, then the same thing. I hope some one can help me with this before I freak.

I have fixed it but I will repeat in the root thread for others with the same crap. I used Wugfresh's awesome scripts to unroot, return to factory fresh WITH THE 4.3 UPDATE. Then rerooted, and pushed the paranoid android in, now all is super one again.
