Root Nexus 10 os wiped

Hello i have a little problem after a little testing eround i finally made it to wipe my hole sydstem with twrp!
I tried to connect to pc but the device is as unknown declared!
I tried manny things but i fail to install a new factory image.
Has someone a idea how to solve this?

Edit; Ah, I see once moved the status becomes N/A from the other forum rather than moved.

What happens when you press vol up + vol down when holding the power button. Do you get into fastboot?
