Help Nexus 4 lost its USB debug notification

Greetings,

Recently I was informed about the occam-lmy48i factory image, and today I executed the flash-all.sh after editing it to remove the "-w" wipe option. Afterwards it rebooted the phone and "optimized" the apps.

I then wanted to flash the twrp-2.8.7.0-mako.img recovery, but for some reason am unable to get the debug notification to display again on the phone, even though "USB debugging" is turned on in "Developer options."

Your help is appreciated in getting the debug notification back when the USB cable is connected.

[edit] I find in stock recovery the dead Android with the red triangle "!" [/edit]

I ran into a similar problem that I havent bounced back from. All my phone does is charge. No ADB or Fastboot any more. It's just an expensive paperweight now that i wiped my data not thinking when i was messing around in recovery.
