Nexus 4 - Mimic unplug and replug of HDMI / USB

Looking for a tasker command to basically mimic an "unplug" and "replug" of the USB / HDMI.

For somereason my appradio and Nexus 4 don't like each other if the Nexus 4 is booted with the HDMI plugged in.

I'm planning on using the Nexus as a dedicated device, and power on once the car is turned on...I have this part solved, just not the HDMI...

Have a look at Disabling USB for Security - xda-developers If you disable the USB port, it should look the same to the phone as unplugging the cable.
