Nexus 5 Carriers

For those that haven't made the jump and are able to move to any carrier with the N5 - would you mind sharing your carrier for the N5 and brief experience on speeds and call quality, also note location (what major city you are in if you don't want to specify your location). Thanks.

The thing is, every carrier is going to be different in from one area to the next. Rather than asking the question "what carrier is best for the nexus 5", I think what you're really asking is "what carrier is best in my area?"

As long as the answer to that question isn't "Verizon is my only choice", you'll be just fine :D

But I saw some early user reports that it doesn't do well with AT&T data signal compared to previous devices. But not so much issue with Tmo and Sprint.
I don't know and it might be some bad units or other glitches outside phone. But I like to hear Nexus 5 has no issue with AT&T in data speed, signal strength.

I don't have a Nexus 5 (yet) but I've been reading user experiences with Ting cell service.

Some people are reporting having 4G speeds and everything working with the Nexus 5 from Google, but some are having issues with MMS so they're still working out a few kinks.

I actually switched to AT&T from Verizon when I got my Nexus 5 on Wednesday. I've had no problems with calls or data. Seems to be working lightening fast on AT&T's LTE network.
