Help Nexus 5 sensor

Hello, everyone
I am new in this forum
I have a Nexus 5 boughted in Greece (D821) and the problem is no sensor is functioning properly as you can see in the attached file, I have tried 2 times a factory reset from the bootloader and clearing the cache partition as well... Do you have any idea how to fix it....

That is very strange!

A factory reset should have solved any glitches caused by conflicting software, so the next suspect is the hardware, and unfortunately there isn't much we as end users can do for that.

At this point I would normally suggest people send the device back to Google for warranty replacement, but I'm not sure about the process for that in your country.


Did you purchase it from Google Play or a secondary retailer?

Thank you for your fast reply ! yes I bought it from a secondary seller but I have found the official LG store in my country so I know where I can go but I have this soloution if I could not solve it my self..
