Nexus 5 Wireless Charging Station

So the listing for the Wireless charging station says that it works with the N5 and N7 (2013). Would it work with the N4? I may buy it before I can buy the N5. I just dont wanna waste the few sheckles I have. TIA.

Man i hope the nexus 4 charging orb works for Nexus 5. I heard that Nexus 5 has a built in magnet, so hopefully that will just make the phone stick to the orb even better than nexus 4 did.

No reason why it shouldn't work. Aa far as the phone sticking, I don't think the orb has anything magnetic inside of it -- though I'm not too sure. Regardless, I think it will stick to the orb, the back of the Nexus 5 doesn't seem like it wouldn't. I don't have a magnet to test mine out with, but it should charge the Nexus 5, no doubt.

FWIW, I bought a cheap one on Amazon for my G2 and so far it works great. Even with a pretty slim TPU case, it charges just fine.

I'm thinking the official Google/LG one will be ~$50 so it's really not worth it.
