Someone requested google to provide driver updates to enable slo-mo for our phone, but they were declined.
(you can still "star" the issue to vote for it, but probably doesn't mean much for a closed issue).
This thread claims you can get "30 fps slow motion" by installing one plus camera app and one plus gallery. Looks complicated, and I'm skeptical. And we can already record at 30 fps with the stock app already anyway... I think real slo-mo requires faster recording frame rate.
