Nexus 7 & BBC iPlayer

Can you download programs from BBC iPlayer to watch later a bit like iPlayer desktop for PC's.

Not sure (I don't use it often enough) but I think not. It does work well for normal viewing though.

It's just that i do a lot of travelling by train for work and am not always guaranteed a wireless signal.

Understood. I didn't have my Nexus 7 available when I replied earlier but having now checked I can confirm there is no download capability in the Android version of iPlayer, unfortunately.
