Help Nexus 7 Newbie

Evening all.
Newbie here. Thanks in advance for help.

When I go to `Settings` I do not see anything for application manager. Trying to edit history. Any thoughts?

If you mean recent apps, then the button in the nav bar (bottom bar) of the 2 boxes will display your recently opened apps.

If you mean apps installed, then there is an option in the Settings menu called Apps

How do I delete Chrome browsing history?

Sorry I don't use Chrome. I used to use Dolphin but now just use the stock Android Browser

Inside Chrome: menu->settings->privacy: "CLEAR BROWSING DATA" on top of page.
