Help Nexus 7

A couple of questions that I'm sure aren't too tricky, but are bugging me.

First, I know that iOS headphones can't be used with my 7 without h/w mods, but I'm still uncertain on what 'phones can be used, especially bluetooth models. Specifically, the Arctic Sound P311 interests me but I can't find confirmation that they'll definitely work with the 7. Anyone have experience of them? Or recommendations on cheap'n'cheerful travel-friendly equivalents?

My second question may be a silly one, but is there any difference between USB cables? I wanted to get a second, spare, cable for charging the tablet and today found an extremely cheap one but don't want to use it if it's gonna blow it up. Or whatever.

I run a kindle fire charger on my N7 ... I don't think I even tried the 1 that came with the Nexus 7. So it shouldn't be a problem I have also use other cables but I wouldn't music cheap 1 in case it does damage to the connector on the tablet, you get screwed if that gets messed up!

as far as Bluetooth headphones go I have yet to find 1 that works on the Nexus 7, I have a stereo headset with microphone find Nokia that works on my Nokia phones but not on my Nexus even though it binds to it.

I use RocketFish Rf-MAB BT headphones. The work perfectly for music, videos and Skype. Got them at Best Buy to use with my HTC Rezound originally.
