nexus 7

hi,
a week ago a have procured myself a nexus 7 witch after tree days i let the battery drown completely and now it looks like it's impossible to turn on, charge or else. i would appreciate some help at this point.

Although I am not familiar with that device, is the battery removable?
If so, remove it, plug the device in, then insert battery.
If the battery is not removable, then I am not sure, but, here is a link to your device forum to check if others have had that issue

Mike has offered some good advice. If none of that works you might want to get into contact from the seller, presumably Google, and see what they can do for you, hopefully get you another N7.
