so i got my tablet today and it had a system update, so i updated it. everything was going fine until the screen said "failed." i turned it off and then tried turning it back on, but it is taking forever. it has the multi-colored cross (red, yellow, blue, green) on the screen and has been like that for at least 10 min. any suggestions on what to do?
