I usually find these type of where is my update threads in the Droid forum, now they are popping up here too? Sheesh. Like cooolone2 and a few others have mentioned, give it a rest. The update for this phone will come. And if it doesn't then what can we do. Compared to other OS's the Android system is actually getting updates, a phone here and a phone there but still we are getting them. If the wait is too long, send an email to the specified companies and complain or jump ship and go to another less than ideal, higher rate plan, more drop outs carrier with a phone that has the latest software. But I guarantee you that in no time, you will be in the same position once again. That phone on that other carrier, will be obsolete when Sprint or any carrier you did not switch too comes out with another high end phone with the latest and greatest software.
Now with all that said, I do have to agree that Google needs to get its act together with so many versions, but its comes with the territory of an open source system. I'm tired of saying that the Market place is one such example that needs to be fully revamped from the ground up, but thats for another thread. But starting to complain about when is the update coming is not going to get this update here any faster nor less of bugs.
