Help Nexus S Camera issue... !!

Hey folks,

I have Samsung Google Nexus S i9020.

Android: 4.1.1 Jelly Bean
Lock: State: UNLOCKED

Its camera is NOT performing good job, I have tried all settings but it takes the pictures with some whiteness, blur and Without focus.

Camera settings are as below:

Picture Size: 5 MP
Exposure: 0
Focus Mode: Auto/Infinity/Macro (Tried all of them but no good focus)
Scene Mode: Auto

Here is the result of my phone's camera (No Good Focus):

and here is the result of the same model Google Nexus S which I got from GSMArena.com:

1. Do I need to use Custom ROM i.e. Cynogen CM9 etc??
2. Do I need to downgrade android version from 4.1.1 to 2.3.x??
