Nexus s model

How do i find out which nexus model i own. 9020T or 9020a.
I would like to update it to ICS but i am told i should know which model i own.
I would be grateful for any help. Looked in the settings on phone but does not seem to be indicated.

Hello and welcome.. This is usually found in the 'about phone' settings. I'm not sure if It's the same on the nexus as it is for my device(evo 3d) Tap on the phones link in my signature - and find your model. Other users of the same device will be able to help you with this. What kind of Nexus phone you have? There has to be a way of knowing this.
