Help Nexus won't charge(solved)

So my n7 is at 0% and only turns on for a few secs when plugged in. When it is on it says charging but then shuts down. I've tried many different chargers as well. I want to return it to stock and relock it cause right now it's defective and unlocked smh.

What can I do to fix this? Any suggestions?
