NFL Draft 2024

The Chiefs traded up again in round two of the draft. They drafted Kingsley Suamataia to help protect the pocket. This guy is an athletic freak a 6'5" 326 pounds. I've never seen anyone able to do this:

That alone doesn't make him a great football player but shows a crazy ability to control his body.

That's the guy. I had to find the clip they showed last night at the draft. He's not fat... just big.

i am very happy with this year's draft. the chargers drafted really well. i wished they would have gotten a reciever with the 5th pick. but i think that Alt is going to be a beast in the trenches. with him, and Rashawn Slater and having both JK Dobbins and Gus Edwards, our ground game is going to be so much better than in years past. it should allow Herbert more time to establish the passing game. i just hope our recievers that we drafted as well as the ones we already have can step up. i'm not sure who will be our number one wideout next season.....maybe with the run game, we do not need a #1. it will be WR by committee. i can't wait for next season now.

i think GM Joe Hortiz and head coach Jim Harbaugh have done a great job so far in rebuilding this team.

I agree, the Chargers drafted very well this year. Keep in mind that Harbaugh wins wherever he goes. He'll not coach a losing team! Establishing a legitimate run game should take all of the do or die pressure off of Herbert. The offense will be far less predictable letting the passing game work for a change. I look for the Chargers to kick ass and take names this year.
