Nfs shift help

I have searched all over for this. How in the heck do you get past level 1-6. I need it to open more stuff. That is my only hold out to move forward. So pissed! Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

The points (I think it's 80 for 3rd, 150 for 2nd and 200 for 1st) are based on drift. You have to drift to earn those points.

Here's a video that helped me tremendously I couldn't get more than 85 before watching it and seeing how it's done. Last night, I got 209 and three stars.

Press the camera icon next to speedometer.

I have the same problem, pretty much. I can drift, I get over 200 points, but I still only get 4th place. I have a HTC Incredible. Is there some kinda "bug"? Anyone have any ideas? Thanks!
