i've tried to get the chat thing on ning to work, and it comes up, but my only problem is that a message comes up saying that i'm not logged in when i clearly am
i've been looking for a solution for almost a week but i dont know what i'm looking for so can anyone help me please!

and also, i've tried logging in with 2 different accounts, and 3 email addresses [i changed one account to a different email] yet it still didnt work!
