I've been running the alpha3 build since nitro released it and havent had any issues. It's definitely stable enough to be a DD.

I haven't rooted yet and I am still waiting and seeing. There are also a few things I don't fully understand and want to educate myself before I take the plunge.

Agreed, although I am having issues with touch wiz home fcing whenever I use the phone or messages app. Any other launcher will solve this problem though

I think I'm going to wait until the BT issue is resolved in the custom kernel. I use my BT a few times a week to reset the check engine light on my car until I can get it fixed.

That's my excuse...but that's what my Nexus is for.
