My rooted tbolt only gets 1x signal now. I was getting consistent 4g, until one day it just dropped down to 1x and stayed there. I've tried different radios, and different roms. I even put a new back cover on thinking it might be the antenna. Just wondering if anyone has some ideas on things to try. Thanks!

it certainly does sound like an antenna issue,but im not sure what else you could do other than replace the cover if that were the case.
assuming you rooted with revolutionary,or are running shadowmites permanent patched hboot,what i would do is run an ruu. afterward,try clear storage,and/or factory reset options in hboot(important to do this after the ruu,so the stock recovery is in place)
run the phone stock for a couple days. if data comes back,and is good,then reinstall recovery,restore backup,or reflash rom
