no 3g internet connection

hi there can anyone help please i have the htc one x and have had no problemns at all so far until the other day i realised im not getting no 3g network at all but i have signal, then everytime i lose signal i get any anoying pop up that stops anything im doing and ask for me to choose a network so i choose my normall vodafone one then when get signal again i still have no 3g but internet works fine through wi-fi any ideas on why i cant get 3g and will try post a screen shot of the pop up and me having signal but no internet connection hope this makes sence many thanks

Hi, it could be your APN setting is wrong. You can contact Vodafone and they should provide you with a correct APN setting. You can also try to change the setting yourself (very easy).

Tap Settings>Mobile Network>APN>Menu (3 dots top right)>New APN. Then change the setting according to this website.

Remember to click save after you done. Then restart your phone
