Help No 3g or 1x?

Hi. I just got the ascend 2 and everything was fine but now i cant get 3g or 1x at all. I rarely get it in my house and if i go out it stays with grey bars and i cant use the internet. I do dial *228 but most of the time it doesnt work, i get 3g back eventually but it takes forever.

I know it's a pain, but call Cricket customer service *611 and they can usually reset something on their end to get it working. If not, you might just live in an area with really poor Cricket signal, in which case you're pretty much SOL. Good luck.
