No 3G today?

Hi there, I live in South Wales and am on Orange. had a new phone for Christmas which I'm well pleased with, however, all day today Ive had no internet connection with 3G. The symbol on the phone isn't there, Ive turned the phone on and off and also taken out the sim card and done a re-start. Any one why this has happened .

Call them up, 150 from your phone, and complain. You should get money off your bill. Works every time for me. Your paying for a service they aren't delivering.
