Well its probably a minority of the S3 phones that are affected but still its enough to warrant a pull of the software. I am waiting for the update hoping for the air command feature from the Note 3 but I am getting various information that this isn't going to happen in the update. Shame, I didn't really want to root but its looking more likely now.

Bound to be teething problems somewhere and as said before some Samsung Galaxy S3 have problems with this 4.3 update how can anyone be sure the Note 2 will not suffer the same fate......so we all await with baited breath for the first person to download 4.3 and give an opinion

I live in Denmark. My stock Galaxy Note II (not carrier branded) received the 4.3 update last night, and I installed it this morning (danish timezone - a few hours ago)

New android version: 4.3
Kernel version: 3.0.31-2118172

So far no issues experienced.

Well not sure what you're looking for, but the air command from Galaxy Note 3 seems not to be there, and I think that's the starting point for the new galaxy note 3 s pen features.

Else you have to help me a bit :)

I just installed a custom ROM based on JB 4.3 and I got to say I am pretty impressed. It is smooth and no FCs at all. What makes it really sexy is the ported features of the Note 3, which are part of the ROM I chose (Team Electron's DN3 ROM), like Air Command and Air View, which I don't think are part of the S2 release. In any case, whether or not you want to go the custom ROM route does not matter I still recommend the 4.3 release. I would suggest a full wipe though.
