Help No 4G again???

Ok so i havent had 4g since halfway into yesterday there have been some storms going down in here in broward south florida but i dunno if its the cause of losing 4g. has anyone else been having this problem in south florida ir is it throughout the US???

There was an app that allow you to check to see if your 4G is working or not. I did had the same issues at the start of summer.
 
That app was created by mikestoolz and required online access to function properly. Interest in it waned when metro was having both 1x and 4g issues.
Unless a few people report that it's out to the central database, the app can't unfortunately report anything... So not having enough active users further impeded it's widespread adoption. catch22 :(

So having it now won't do you any good, I'm afraid...
 
I talked to data support and there's a intermeeting going on and there updating .they said there were aware of the problem and working to get everything running at 100%
 
Whenever the weather is bad here in Michigan or if a bird lands on a wire... I will lose 4G for a bit lol

Did you happen to get an estimate date that it would be fixed??? And so this shows im not the only one who lost 4g right?
 
I'm in Broward also, just bought the Samsung Indulge couple hours ago, I was a bit shocked to see my 4G goes on and offline frequently. Hope it's only temporary. Right now its on for a minute, then off, and like that over and over.
 
As much of a MetroPCS fan/cheerleader as I am, I hate to admit that my 4G is down a whole lot more often than it should be. It's getting very annoying. In particular, where my office is I think the local tower here sucks. I only have 4G about half the time it seems, especially during the daytime for some reason (at night seems to be fine, usually). When I travel around the area though, very seldom have a problem. So, as I said, maybe just in a small bad spot right here. Boo! :(
 
Simply have to admit the Samsung Indulge has poor signal/antenna. (Same with their samsung Series 9 laptop coincidentally.) Even in my own home, the wifi signal is not very good. Here in Coral Springs, FL I have to be outside to receive 4G signal without dropping.
 
ok so its been 4 days without 4g its really pissing me off i didnt call metro because i was told that the 4g issue was going to be fixed by laz but i think i should call just to let out steam because this whole no 4g issue is the second time its happened to me. Also i'd really like to get my 4g back 4 when i go on a road trip a couple of weeks from now. >:(

I'm thinking this is case. Same thing happened to me, I got 2-3 4G bars outside my home and once I go inside I only got 1x.. WTH? (Grant it, your suppose to use wifi at home). I could no longer justify the costs so I took it back and I hope the Esteem will be better if I go that route..

Either that or it just really depends on where you live and if your surrounded by towers, which is really in a select few markets.

There working on but more calls they get the faster they will fix it.we all should call them and complain this is ridiculous all ready I'm paying for 4g not 2g
