Root No 4g icon

Has anyone noticed that there is no 4g icon in jelly bean roms why is that sorry for such a noobish question
 
On our amaze AOSP Roms aka JB etc we don't have a 4g icon. It just says H or H+. I forgot what it said on this phone lol.

Nothing should be called 4g except LTE and maybe Wimax (but it's still too slow) IMO.

If companies stuck to just naming LTE "4g" we wouldn't be so confused. :)
