Use CWM-Recovery and flash my nandroid backup over your Basix ROM.
This should give you working 4g.
I limited the number of apps in there, so you can personalize it.
I believe I removed personal data as well. If you find some still there, please let me know so I can remove those and reupload.
I'm planning on sharing this with everyone experiencing issues with the ROM, seeing as I know mine is working 100%.
In
theory, the PRL could also be updated as well, as I have 2G, 3G AND 4G all enabled on my phone. To check if your PRL is updated, go to Settings->About Phone->Status and check if you have PRL 3020.
Anything below that, you're not updated. Anything above it, you have a time machine

Instructions:
1. Download the zip file by following the link.
2. Extract it. Move the folder 2G-3G-4G-Basix-Retouched to your sdcard's clockworkmod directory. That is /sdcard/clockworkmod/backup/
3. Reboot into recovery mode.
4. Select restore, and make sure to chose 2G-3G-4G-Basix-Retouched as the location to restore from.
5. Tell me how it went.
