No Android Market or Google Play

Recently bought two android tablets for grandkids, Prestige 7L by Visual Land. Cannot download from Android Market or Google Play as these apps are not pre-installed. (Licencing). Therefore cannot install some games they would like. OS is ver. 4.1,Is there any solution to this? I have tried 3rd party sites but the files are APK files that need an APK Installer program which I cannot get from AM or GP.

At this point I would recommend trying the Amazon App store. Most of the apps available on Play are available on Amazon. Not all but most are available. Some of the less common brand tablets do not come with Google Play
 
The Prestige is advertised as Amazon-ready so you should be able to go there and install their App Market to get just about anything you need. They have a good selection. It also has GetJar which I've only been to a few times but is perfectly legitimate.

Please stay away from just about anywhere else. Many sites found on the Internet have pirated apps which are illegal and have a chance of containing viruses. Nobody wants that. Stay clean!
 
Thanks, I believe I have tried Amazon Ca. just briefly and can't recall if they had the game available. But I will try again.
 
Apparently, if you live outside the US you cannot purchase apps from Amazon App Store. Should have said I live in Canada, sorry. Oh well, just keep on trying.
