no audio sound when calling

When i try to call there is no dial tone and vice versa. Even if i put it on speaker. All sounds are at full.and i experience drop of signal for 10secs i think.. pls help!!
 
No cell phone will have an audible Dial Tone. You just input the number and press send. When you call someone can you hear them speak?
