Help No audio

I do not listen to the sound much on the Kindle Fire HD LTE unless I am listening to music, videos, etc. I turn sounds off in games. The dolby is ON, the volume is UP, but there is no sound when I try to listen to music. Anyone have any ideas why there is no audio?

try hard resetting it mine did that hold down power button for 8-10 secs and it will turn off turn it back on, if still doesn't work try it with and without headphones if that doesn't work its probably a dreaded hardware problem.
