Speakers not working, no sound. headphones okay, icon comes on & off with headphones no problem. Tried factory reset, OS application, patch,,,,,,, nothing seems to work
Never figured out what caused it but I downloaded the Audio Manager app (free) and found that phone was muted. Only way that I could find to fix it was through Audio Manager - simple fix though is unmuting it through Audio Manager.
