Hello, I recently bought a samsung captivate which has gingerbread 2.3.3 already installed. However, when I try to turn on the bluetooth it will keeping saying turning on and give up. I try to factory reset my phone and remove the battery but I got the same results.
Any help would be greatly be appreciated.
