If my phone (Samsung S7) is idle and a call comes in, the screen opens with the incoming call window. I can see who is calling and answer it.
However, if the screen is already open and a call comes in, the 2 icons on the bottom left/right light up and it rings. I can answer it by pressing the home button. But there is no incoming call window to show me who is calling. How do I make that happen?
Update - an app, SHOULD I ANSWER, was the cause.
